ימיי במכללת הדסה

תיאור ימיי במכללה מאז שהצטרפתי למועצה מייעצת שהוקמה בשנת 1986, שעמדתי בראשה בין השנים 1986-1997. בין השנים 1997-2018 שימשתי כיו"ר הועד המנהל ומאז 2006 גם כיו"ר חבר הנאמנים. בשנים אלו הפכה המכללה ממכללה טכנולוגית להכשרת טכנאים והנדסאים למכללה אקדמית ציבורית ומתוקצבת

דברים לזכרה של ג'ון ווקר

אוגוסט 2008

ג'ון ווקר הייתה נשיאת הדסה בשנים 2003-2007, לפני כן גזברית הארגון בשנים 1999-2003 ולפני כן בשנים 1995-1999 הייתה אחראית על המכללה מטעם ארגון נשות הדסה. בכל תפקידיה עזרה וסייעה למכללה להתפתח בשנים הקריטיות של המעבר ממכלה לטכנאים והנדסאים למכללה אקדמית.
היא נפטרה באוגוסט 2008 וערכנו לזכרה פרידה במכללה עם כל מוקירי זכרה בארץ

ארבעים שנה למכללת הדסה

מכללת הדסה נוסדה כמכללה לטכנאים והנדסאים בשנת 1970. ביוני 2010 ציינו 40 שנה ליסוד המכללה, שבינתיים הפכה להיות מכללה אקדמית מתוקצבת על ידי ות"ת. דברים קצרים שנשאתי באירוע לציון מועד זה

פרופ' נאווה בן צבי שימשה נשיאת מכללת הדסה בשנים 1999-2012. אלו היו שנים של צמיחה של המכללה האקדמית ושנים של צמצום עד סגירת המכללה הטכנולוגית

המכללה, בהיותה מכללה הפועלת בירושלים, שמה לה כמטרה לשלב את האוכלוסייה החרדית בלימודים האקדמיים. תחילה עשינו זאת עם המכללה שייסדה עדינה בר שלום.
אחר כל ייסדנו מסלול עצמאי שלנו ("קמפוס שטראוס")
בטקס הסיום הראשון של בוגרות המכללה , ב- 2011, השתתף הרב עובדיה יוסף שברך את הבוגרות ובכך נתן "הכשר" ללימודים אקדמיים בכלל ובמכללת הדסה בפרט

פרשתי מכהונה ארוכה של יושב ראש הועד המנהל של מכללת הדסה בסוף 2018 שהחלה בשנת 1997. לפניה הייתי יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת של המכללה משנת 1989. פרישתי נעשתה מתוקף כללי המועצה להשכלה גבוהה על משך קדנציות

המכללה ערכה אירוע פרידה עבורי במאי 2019, בנוכחות ראש עיריית ירושלים, משה ליאון, חברי חבר הנאמנים, הוועד המנהל, סגל המרצים והסגל המנהלי בבניין המסלי, שנפתח באותם ימים
